Provisional bookings can be held for 7 days. These will be confirmed upon receipt of a refundable deposit of 100 GBP or 150 Euros to cover the reservation and breakages together with a completed enquiry form which can be found by clicking on the Equiry Form button to the left.

 

Payment in addition to the above for the accommodation will be required by cheque at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.

 

Returnable breakage deposit - The Gite will be clean on arrival and should be left that way. Should the Gite not be left clean and tidy, cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit, as will the costs of any breakages.

 

Cancellation

Should you have to cancel your holiday, you will be liable for costs as follows:

6 weeks before the date of arrival - loss of deposit.

4-6 weeks before the date of arrival - loss of deposit + 5% of accommodation cost.

Within 4 weeks of the date of arrival - loss of deposit and accommodation cost.

Insurance - We strongly recommend that all clients arrange comprehensive holiday insurance (including cancellation cover).

 

Terms & conditions: 

1. Booking and deposit, payment and cancellation conditions are as indicated.
2. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking form, unless by prior arrangement.
3. The property rental starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure.
4. The rental price includes bedding and towels.
5. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is left clean, tidy and in good condition. 
6. The client is responsible for any breakage, damage or loss to the property or its contents. 

We shall not be liable to the client:

For any accident or injury to the client or any members of his/her party due to any cause whatsoever, nor for any loss or damage to personal goods or property during the rental period.

For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in/on the property; and under no circumstances will the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the information here is as accurate as possible, there may be instances where facilities or features described have to be altered or withdrawn.
